Flu Vaccination Campaign Kicks Off in Magadan

The annual flu vaccination campaign has begun in the city of Magadan, as part of the national project "Healthy Longevity." The campaign aims to prevent seasonal infectious diseases and ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population.

The vaccines being used include "Flu-M" and "Sovigrip." These vaccines have been proven to build immunity, preventing the risk of severe disease. If a person contracts the flu, they will likely have a mild case.

The procedure for receiving the vaccination is straightforward. A preliminary doctor's examination is required to identify any contraindications, and a referral will be issued before the vaccine administration. No appointments are necessary, and patients are seen in the order of arrival at the institution.

The flu vaccination is taking place at GKBUZ "City Polyclinic," specifically Ambulatory Department No. 3, located at 8 Boldyrev Street. A mobile brigade is also operating at the regional centre's administration for those who find it more convenient.

The institution's operating hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 13:00 and 13:30 - 18:00
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Please note that the institution takes a lunch break from 13:00 - 13:30.

To receive the vaccination, you will need to bring your passport, mandatory health insurance policy, and Sะะ˜ะ›ะก.

Around 80 people were vaccinated at the regional centre's administration during the initial phase of the campaign. The local health authorities, in coordination with the national public health agency, are overseeing the organization of the flu vaccination campaign in the Magadan city district.

The Magadan city administration's press service made this announcement to the agency. For more information, please visit the GKBUZ "City Polyclinic" or contact your local health authority.
